M&D is committed to providing a workplace that is safe for all of its employees. It is our responsibility to ensure that the environment in which we perform services remains as safe and hazard free as possible. M&D is also responsible for ensuring that employees of other companies, as well as members of the general public, are not endangered while on our projects. As such M&D has established a strict Substance Abuse Policy to ensure that its employees are fit for duty. It is imperative to ensure that our workplace is drug and alcohol free in order to maintain a safe environment. We are committed to providing a 100% drug free workplace.
