Scheduling

M&D employs a full time Project Planner who is experienced in project scheduling and progress tracking. M&D utilizes the Primavera P6 Professional or Microsoft Project software, depending on the needs of our customer, to create pre-project schedules for all of our projects. An onsite planner maintains an updated schedule in order to provide real time updates on the project’s schedule and progress. This allows us to keep our customers informed of all progress updates related to all of the aspects of our operations. It also ensures that we are able to coordinate our activities with those of other entities involved in the project.
