Our company policy ensures that the prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illnesses is given priority over all operational aspects. Our focus is to maintain an injury and illness-free workplace.

M&D Power Constructors, Inc. maintains a safety and health program conforming to the best practices of our field. To be successful, such a program must promote proper attitudes towards injury and illness prevention on the part of both supervisors and employees. It requires the commitment of all of our employees to establish a culture in the workplace that is centered on working safely. Only through such a cooperative effort can a safety program be successful.  

Our objective is to implement a safety and health program that will reduce the number of workplace injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum. While we evaluate the performance of other companies in similar operations as a means of benchmarking, we constantly strive to set our own standard.
