Project Management & Supervision

M&D’s philosophy regarding the work it performs is that quality supervision is the primary determining factor in a successful project. Within our company there is a strong team bond with a devotion to the M&D family and its clients.  It is well understood that our success depends upon the manner in which we perform our work.  Every employee is hired based upon personal ethics, work ethic, work knowledge, and their ability to manage work productively, safely, and with total quality. M&D’s Supervision turnover rate is virtually zero.

Our members of project management are from all different areas of the Southeast and therefore have a strong knowledge of the union workers in all of the regions in which we perform services.

Field Management

As a member of the M&D team, all members of field management have the dedication to complete every project on time and to the highest standards of quality. The company employs a team of permanent Field Personnel who have extensive backgrounds as Project Managers and Superintendents in construction, inspection, maintenance, and repair of boilers and other power and process equipment.

Our field management team has an accumulation of many years of successful experience in job management. All superintendants have advanced skill levels in supervision, planning, and safety management.  Project Managers and Superintendents are assisted by Field Accountants, who perform administrative duties at the field level. 

All Field Management Personnel maintain current OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR/AED training.
